How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
As a Finance Analyst for CPGP (Consumer Products, Games & Publishing) Regional Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Support to preparation of Standard Financial Reports.
- Validate internal reports with Flash & BW Tools.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability of regional information.
- Support to preparation and consolidation of the Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budget and Strategic Plan.
- Prepare mock up templates for presentations.
- Assist in the completion of all Burbank deliverables for Division and the Lines of Business.
- Actual accounting information review during Quarter Close (Revenue & Expenses accounting)
- Revenue & Expenses quarter close early estimations deliverables.
- Assist with True-Ups Reports.
- Check coding to correctly reflect information by expense type & franchise.
- Assist Finance Managers or Lines of Business heads in the completion of all ad-hoc requests & presentations.
- Support to finance manager when preparing contract renewals analysis.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced student or degree in Administration, accounting of number oriented careers.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong knowledge in Excel. Also knowledge in Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and detailed oriented
- Interpersonal communication and ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
- Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional "client service orientation"
- Team player - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong communicator in both oral and written settings
- High energy level; strong work ethic.
- Results-oriented, decisive.
- Adaptable and flexible, and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment
