Description
Execution of budget planning for current and upcoming years based on input factors and central given timelines and aligned with the respective business departments, along with own recommendations.Analysis of actuals compared to planned and target levels of personnel and general overhead costs for different departments.Alignment of premises, input factors, methods, and timelines with various business partners (departments).Enhancement of standardization as well as digitalization of processes.Attending to and problem-solving operative tasks and issues of the assigned productive department.Qualifications
University degree (Economics or Financials and Accounting).Professional experience: recommended minimum 3 years in the Financial field or minimum experience in the Automotive Business.Deep knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.Highly developed analytical skills.Structured and independent way of working.Strong communication skills and "hands-on mentality".Ability to manage and build relationships.Language: fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.Other skills: agility, active and open mind, curiosity, team-player.
