Our client, a dynamic, tech-driven small business, is looking for a skilled Controller to streamline our financial operations.
They utilize NetSuite, Shopify Plus, and HubSpot for efficient management.
As our Controller, you'll be a hands-on financial specialist , managing day-to-day accounting, creating automations, and providing daily insights to our CEO.
Your expertise in NetSuite, along with a knack for AI and automation, will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Handle A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, financial statements, cash flow, and budgeting.
NetSuite Mastery: Develop and maintain automations, optimize functionalities, and troubleshoot issues.
E-commerce & CRM Integration: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless financial integration between Shopify Plus, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
AI & Automation: Leverage AI to streamline processes and improve accuracy in financial reporting.
Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and insights to the CEO.
Compliance & Improvement: Ensure compliance and continuously enhance internal controls and processes.
Qualifications: Extensive experience with NetSuite, including workflow creation, automations, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Shopify Plus and HubSpot integrations.
Strong background in accounting and financial management within a small business environment.
Proven ability to create and deliver clear and concise financial reports for executive leadership A C1 level of English or higher is essential for this position, as you will be working closely with American colleagues.
Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools for automation and efficiency.
Experience in e-commerce and CRM operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
