Position Overview:The position will be a business partner between finance and commercial area. The person shall work on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly results, variances and commercial insights such as customer profitability. Provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:Perform monthly OPEX analysis and variance analysis with recommendations to Area Sales LeaderWork with team on the preparation and submission of annual budgets as well as a quarter outlooks and updates.Liaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial analysisDesign and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanationsProvides support as a business partner to specific business functionsWorks on customer profitability and variance analysis.Update and follows up on bi-weekly Outlook calls.Support ad-hoc projects, developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projectsRequires in depth knowledge of function and acts as part of the teamPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field requiredMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or FinanceHigh Degree of AccuracyFluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicableConfident at working to deadlinesStrong analytical skillsAdvanced Excel and database skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with a computer based accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, ERPUnderstand taxation.Hybrid role: Buenos Aires, Argentina
