Financial & Accounting Assistant

Who we are looking for: VML seeks an enthusiastic, critical-thinking, and problem-solving Financial & Accounting Assistant to work on one of VML's most prestigious accounts. The role involves supporting monthly accounting analysis and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

What you'll do: Analysis of corporate card expenses of the company. Review of expense reports according to global and local policy. Support in the month-end closing process with expense and balance sheet account analysis (analysis of customer and supplier current accounts, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, among others). Execution of SOX controls based on the analyses performed at the end of the month  Who you are: A builder | Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.
