Role Description As a Finance Specialist in O2I Services NA, you will perform duties related to the processing and invoicing of company orders.
Gain a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions and maintain good relationships with external and internal customers.
You will have the opportunity to bring your own innovative ideas and propose process enhancements.
Ensure invoices are accurate and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Analyze pending billing and identify potential quality issues.Resolve any order or invoice discrepancies and customer queries.Liaise with sales, finance, and other teams to coordinate orders and ensure smooth delivery.Generate regular reports on order and invoice status and performance metrics.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to ordering and invoicing processes.Support in the improvement of internal processes and controls and maintain accurate documentation.Preparation of period close.Support projects and/or improvement activities.Participate in monthly close processes.Qualifications Advanced or bilingual written and spoken English skills (oral & written).Quick learner, adaptable, solution-oriented/problem-solving, and able to use own initiative with attention to detail.Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task.Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support, good communication skills.Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail.Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential.Successfully completed Secondary Education.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
