The position is assigned to the Service Delivery Hub Renewals team which is responsible of providing the commercial and legal support for contract renewals to the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region from Global Commercial Finance .
The team evaluates, approves and oversees sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for all the region. In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions, and constantly migrates task from local commercial market units.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Contract drafting and support on contract signature process. Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures. Cooperation and communication with internal customers. Ensures timely response to customers. Continuous improvement: adjusting or developing processes to improve efficiency and standardization. Identifying potential process issues. WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years in a finance-related role, including experience in commercial finance, revenue accounting, pricing, or billing.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Legal, Commercial and/or Accounting background is preferred. Advanced English languages skills (Mandatory). Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus. Proactive and social personality. Solution-oriented personality. ?
