Central Services is a newly created team following R2R Reshape transformation in July 2024. The team acts as a liaison between General Accounting Services (GA) as well as LCA and LTM organizations, internal and external audit, R2R Process Management, and other stakeholders ensuring smooth and seamless coordination of efforts within the department. Currently, the team consists of 7 members located in Manila, Prague, and Buenos Aires.
What you`ll do Central Services Team has a global mandate, providing essential support services that span across all the General Accounting teams such as supporting a 5x24 mailbox, late postings, tax postings, specific local audit coordination, stakeholder management, country/regional specific topics and global projects.
Main responsibilities: Primary point of contact to LCA/LTM organizations and other regional stakeholders.Overseeing general accounting topics and support on month-end closing activities not covered by designated R2R Process teams.Involvement in global projects focused on process improvements, system upgrades, and strategic project coordination.Adherence to SOX compliance regulations, performing SOX controls, consistent monitoring, and evaluation of existing control systems, recommending enhancements.Primary point of contact for both internal and external audit organizations.First point of contact for statistical reports queries, ensuring accurate and timely submission of selected statistical reports.Ensuring overall R2R process quality by reviewing KPI trends and performing in-depth data analysis leveraging BPI Signavio followed by improvement plan proposal and execution.What you bring: University degree and/or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Finance.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Experience with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, with the capacity to develop collaborative work relationships within the team and with stakeholders.Proactive and self-managed, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting, within a global team across different time zones and cultures.Fluent in spoken and written English.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
