Key Responsibilities: Cost Accounting and ManagementDesign and implement effective cost accounting systemsEstablish and maintain cost management reporting mechanismsProvide detailed cost analysis reports regularlyIdentify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvementsFinancial Team Management: Lead and manage the finance teamOrganize and supervise daily accounting operationsEnsure accurate and timely completion of all tax filingsEvaluate existing financial processes and propose optimizationsActively participate in and support the implementation and optimization of the company's ERP systemDevelop and refine financial policies and proceduresFinancial Budgeting and Reporting: Responsible for preparing annual financial budgets and periodic financial reportsConduct financial analysis to support management decision-makingDevelop and execute cash flow planning to ensure effective use of company fundsCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure company compliance with local Argentine financial regulations and accounting standardsIdentify and manage financial risks, developing appropriate risk control measuresJob Type: Full-time
