Description and RequirementsThis position will support Lenovo's Global Product Services Team under the Services and Solutions Group and will report to the business unit CFO under the SSG HQ Finance Organization. The position will require working in a cross-functional environment in a worldwide setup. This is a fast-paced position for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.
What You'll Do: Lead the annual budget planning activities for the Global Product Services Team, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, financial goals, and its execution.Serve as the Financial Lead for product development efforts & strategic initiatives, review investment plans, and monitor their ROI.Manage financial transformation projects under the scope of the BU.Drive & prepare the monthly business meetings with Finance management and multiple BU stakeholders.Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated financial acumen, with controllership and product portfolio experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by good communication and storytelling skills.Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls.Experience in the service industry is a must.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.Experience managing a P&L or Product Portfolio.8+ years of hands-on experience.Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team.Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously.
