We are looking for a Finance Leader to join our team.

Based in the City of Buenos Aires, reporting to the Administration & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and development of strategies and policies related to financial operations including cash flow, income and expense forecasting, foreign exchange operations, investments. , financing, credit, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, among others, trying to maximize financial results in accordance with the strategies and guidelines pre-established by current legislation.
Main Responsibilities Develop and coordinate the activities carried out by the team, the processes of studies and analysis of movements and financial positions of the company, preparation of controls, forms and management reports, to ensure compliance with obligations and the efficient use of resources. economic-financial, in accordance with pre-established guidelines and strategies.  Establish projection parameters and financial planning of the company, consolidating information and preparing financial demonstrative tables regarding exports, financing and loans, applications, hedging operations, macroeconomic data bank, among others.  Supervise and analyze financial situation of the company, verifying movements, in order to prepare demonstrative tables and prepare economic-financial reports of the company.  Manage operations related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, investments and other activities related to these, maintaining the relationship with banks as well as operations related to the contracting of financial assets and liabilities and hedging instruments. Manage receipts from duplicate clients and payments to suppliers, from the company's financial resources, through supervision of the areas involved and participation in the resolution of more complex cases.  Maintain contact with financial institutions, clients, suppliers and service providers, maintaining contact and overseeing the most diverse issues, always safeguarding the interests and image of the company.  Participate in the attention of external auditors, when the review of the company's demonstrative tables is necessary, providing information and providing additional documents that are requested.  Generate and analyze the company's budgetary cash flow, providing corrective and preventive actions, whenever the need is identified.  Generate management reports on financial performance and on clients and suppliers according to the request made by management or the headquarters.  Release orders and commercial operations, analysis and approval.  Guarantee the adequate provision of financial resources, through the formulation and application of short and medium-term financial plans seeking to optimize their influence.  Manage export administration, and carry out the settlement of imports and exports  Manage the monitoring, coordination, management and assignment of credits.  Comply with legal and company requirements regarding HSE, Management System requirements, in accordance with their competence and with the awareness and training received;  Preserve the environment and report HSE related accidents and unsafe situations to the person directly responsible and/or HSE.  We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:  Professional graduated in Economic Sciences, Finance, Economics or similar.  Between 8 and 10 years of previous experience in the financial area or similar functions, necessary to master the main activities of the position.  Leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication relationships, commercial vision.  Use of computer tools.  Advanced English.  SAP.  SAP.
