The Service Delivery Team plays a crucial role in managing an organization's financial operations efficiently. The team will be responsible for day-to-day operational delivery, solutioning level one and two escalations and reporting for Accounts Payable, Expense, Accounts Receivable and other Finance operational functions. The team will need to demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds these expectations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls. Provide regular reports and updates on service delivery performance to senior management. Collaborate seamlessly across diverse territories and time zones as needed to facilitate efficient and effective communication and work. Demonstrate the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion. Possess experience with Finance business operations; and highly skilled and knowledgeable with finance processes around AP, AR, Expense, etc. Understand financial systems, possess knowledge of financial operations, business rules, policies and procedures, financial analysis, and reporting. Demonstrate ability to interact, coordinate and work with all levels of stakeholders. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Hold a strong working knowledge of MS365 Suite. Analyze large, complex sets of data utilizing investigative data tools, and forming clear visualizations that would provide end-users an ability to view related data in new and innovative ways (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, QlikView). Possess executive written and oral communication skills, including data-driven storytelling. Understand the importance of having correct information management. Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection. Correct Information Security Management. Requirements: Education: Finance, Public Accountant, Business Administration. Student or graduated. Experience: +3 years preferable in Accounts Payable and vendor maintenance management. Audit or control background is a plus. Digital tools: Strong Excel and SAP experience. English: fluent oral & written mandatory (daily contact with India, US and Uruguay).
