Position Summary:This position will be responsible for accounting and sales administration activities for the Philippines subsidiary to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and support the business team for daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform accounting entries on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Ensure proper financial policies and procedures are followed and maintained.Monitor the cash flows of the subsidiary and ensure appropriate banking arrangements are in place and operating satisfactorily.Safeguard company assets and ensure proper controls are in place.Manage customer accounts - Issue invoices to customers accurately & timely and collect payment in a timely manner.Inventory management – maintain accurate inventory balance and conduct inventory cycle counts. Propose inventory reserves as directed by management.Statutory compliance and reporting – work with external advisers to ensure all necessary tax, legal, fiscal, and social declarations are properly submitted on time.Process C&P quotes and orders timely and accurately and follow up with order payment.Support the customer success team to reinforce Lectra's recurring contract renewal guidelines for contract renewal and processing.Business Support - Track business performance against balanced scorecards. Provide financial and business data to support the business decision-making process.PROFILEBachelor's Degree in accounting or business.8-10 years of finance and admin experience.Good command of spoken and written English.Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Can-do attitude, proactive, and follows through on issues.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through to completion.Problem-solving and solution skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience in running and operating ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce is an asset.
