In this role, you will be responsible for the controlling of Mercedes-Benz High-Charging initiatives.
Main Tasks: Financial operations Support the FC-side development of existing business models as well as calculation + derivation of business cases including corresponding premise derivation. Coordinate various business cases, carry out overall business assessments incl.
sensitivity analyses and support M&A processes in the FC function. Work closely with other interfaces such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Governance and ensure the correct business mapping of various charging solutions. Participate in various charging steering committees as FC representative. Provide strategic direction, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee accurate financial reporting, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, and collaborate with auditors. Uphold financial integrity and promote operational efficiency, contributing to the organization's financial stability and informed decision-making. Financial analysis & grants acquisition Conduct financial analysis for decision-making and secure grants by managing the grant lifecycle and staying updated with funding regulations. Make strategic decisions in securing funding for organizational growth. Qualifications Education: Studied in the field of finance or business degree. Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of experience in areas of finance, accounting, treasury or project management. Knowledge in budget management and accounting. Familiar with audit and finance regulations. Fluent in Korean and English. Attention to detail. Proactive attitude.
