Role Summary: As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.
Responsibilities: Order processing and acceptancePrepare cost estimates minus discounts according to specificationsSchedule ordersPrepare quotations for standard products according to predefined listsRead and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documentsCompile technical and commercial offer documentsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProcess customer complaintsFind, develop and implement technical solutions for special problemsCoordinate with internal and external customers effectivelyEstablish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirementsPerform in-house and on-site repairs and service activitiesProvide technical support and training as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements: Strong verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and efficientProficient in Microsoft Office, including WordSAP knowledge in SD;MM;PPAble to work well with a teamKnowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plusExperience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industriesAbility to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverablesWillingness to travel as needed to customer sitesMechanical Technician or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or degree in relevant field and 3 to 5 years relevant experience.Preferred Experience / Skills: Advanced EnglishJob Family Group: Operations
