Job Description Maintain equipment and refill supplies for all the lottery machines in Maryland.
The Field Services Technician is responsible for the completion of:
Assigned service calls, including scheduled calls.Installing terminal and communications equipment.Removing terminal and communications equipment.Preventive maintenance.Providing supplies to lottery retailers in assigned regions.
Some of the work can be completed by phone with the retailer, but most will involve in-person visits.Performing installations and repair procedures with limited direct supervision.MVA Record Check/Criminal Background Check & Drug Test Required.
You will train for 1 month in the warehouse and then shadow for a few weeks.
Work vehicle assigned almost immediately.
