How you can make a difference:Plan, schedule and perform service visits with end user according to regional responsibilityCarry out installations, annual preventive maintenance service, repair service and corrective actions at the end customerPerform electrical safety test according to EN62353Recording customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaint management systemLiaise with back office and sales departmentProvide technical training to users as requiredPerform remote troubleshootingCarry out stock takes and maintain car stock/inventory accuratelyAct as company ambassador when visiting customersEnsure that all paperwork is submitted to the end customer and supervisor on time and accuratelyGive technical support to sales/marketing teams in activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.That's what you bring along:Completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering with strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience in comparable rolesTechnical expertise in electronics, electromechanics and/or biomedical engineering and related experience in field-support and technical service activities an advantageProven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devicesHigh customer focus and service skills with positive attitude and ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and tactfullySolid experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners as well as understanding customer needsGood computer literacy, standard operating systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with complaint management systems an advantageNatural persuasiveness and good presentation skills combined with a proactive service attitudeExperience with clinical workflows and processes would be advantageousValid driving licenceSpeaks/writes/reads English and German (fluent or native speaker), other languages an advantageNational travel requirements up to 50%Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.
