Gestor de Campo /Field Sales Representative About the Role En Essity buscamos incorporar un Gestor de campo /Field Sales Representative que resida en Buenos Aires. Preferentemente recién recibido/a o estudiante avanzado de las carreras de Lic. en Adm, Comercialización, Marketing o carrera a fines, con experiencia laboral previa (comprobable).
What You Will DoNos orientamos a un perfil claramente comercial que desarrolle las siguientes tareas:
Garantizar el desarrollo los procesos comerciales de acuerdo con los fundamentos de ventas (precio correcto, visibilidad dentro y fuera del lineal, desarrollo de negocio, portafolio adecuado, inventario activo, exhibición, promoción, cero agotados).Garantizar la ejecución de las acciones realizadas por nuestras marcas comerciales.Asegurar y trabajar en el posicionamiento de nuestras marcas en las zonas comerciales.Trabajar por el incremento de la visibilidad, de todas las marcas, en todos los negocios de la zona asignada.Planear y optimizar para su zona las rutas de trabajo, para lograr visitas efectivas en los clientes a cargo.Manejo e implementación de todas las actividades realizadas por las marcas.Who You Are:Experiencia en posiciones similares (mínimo 2 años, excluyente).Disponibilidad para viajar.Estudiante graduado o cursando las últimas materias.Conocimientos en excel y power point.Movilidad Propia.Se valorarán buenas relaciones interpersonales, orientación al cliente, visión estratégica, negociación, trabajo en equipo, verdadero compromiso personal y profesional con el área.
