Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes.Strong analytical skills.Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.Perseverance and attention to details.More about this roleWhat you need to know about this position: Como Field Executive TT trabajarás en el territorio de AMBA Capital Federal, desarrollando relaciones profesionales con nuestros clientes (Autoservicios y Maxikioskos).
Tus tareas incluirán:
Ser el principal referente de visibilidad/ejecución en la jefatura a gestionar.Negociar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de nuestras marcas y materiales de exhibición acorde al planograma sugerido dentro del universo de puntos de venta de la Jefatura a gestionar.Liderazgo del equipo de Merchandisers (dotación propia + dotación Distribuidor) abocado a la Jefatura a gestionar.Gestión y análisis de la nómina de puntos de venta alcanzada por el desarrollo de ejecución.Interacción directa con nuestros socios comerciales del canal de Distribución y sus respectivos representantes comerciales de Mondelez para alinear los planes de ejecución y llevarlos a cabo.Desarrollo de planes adhoc de ejecución en el punto de venta acordes a eventos calendario, promociones, lanzamientos.Elaboración y exposición de informes de resultados obtenidos, tanto a Mondelez como a nuestros socios comerciales.Job specific requirements:Graduado o estudiante avanzado de la Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.Contar con movilidad propia.Experiencia en el rubro comercial (deseable).Dominio del idioma inglés (deseable).Conocimiento de paquete office.Work schedule:Esquema híbrido. Lunes a Jueves 9 hs a 18 hs, Viernes 9hs a 13:30 hs.
