The Role This role is fully remote. Part Time (20 hours per week) with opportunity to turn into full time role.
Administrative Support Manage daily administrative tasks to support Real Estate & Expansion. Maintain electronic filing system. Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, presentations, and events. Market Expansion Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and expansion opportunities. Analyze demographic, economic, and real estate data to assess market viability. Prepare detailed market entry reports and recommendations for new locations. Assist in the evaluation and selection of potential properties for expansion. Data Management & Analysis: Develop and maintain databases and tracking systems for real estate properties and transactions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate analytical insights. Creation and maintenance of detailed financial models. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial feasibility studies for potential investments. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. About you Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate administration, analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis techniques. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of real estate investment and fund management. Certification or coursework in real estate analysis or finance. Experience in market expansion or site selection analysis.
