Responsibilities Execute after sales procedures, including parts ordering, parts claims, and goods receiving in systemMaintain daily stock card recordResponsible for shipment coordination, including customs permit application, packing list, shipment arrangement, invoice verification, customs record maintenanceEvaluate demand and inventory level to place stock ordersCoordinate special order processing for various campaigns and new modelsPrepare monthly reports for Management reviewSupport on system enhancement projectAssist in parts pricing, including daily parts calculation and price file creationPerform other administrative duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiorRequirements Form 6 or Certificate in Business Administration / Logistics2 years of experience in stock management and order processingPrevious experience in automotive parts industry / supply chain process is preferableGood customer service and experience in handling customer complaintGood command of written and spoken English and MandarinProficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPointWe are an equal opportunity employer.
