Description Your Role and Responsibilities: Document and summarize incoming product liability casesRespond to reporting market organizations via email on product liability case details.Conduct vehicle system research by checking vehicle data, history, and Diagnosis Trouble Code analysis.Prepare inspection and internal technical reports, including vehicle data and product incident descriptions.Manage and respond to event data recorder password requestsPrepare management reportsAny ad-hoc tasks assignedQualifications Requirements: Higher Diploma / Diploma in business administration or technical engineeringMin 3 years relevant experience or above, preferably in automotive industryGood command of English written and spokenProficient in office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AcrobatGerman written and spoken is of benefitStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a team playerCustomer-oriented mindset with good organizational and administrative skillsProcess development and database managementWe are an equal opportunity employer.
