Responsibilities:Executive SupportManage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with portfolio companies, Limited Partners (LPs), and external stakeholders.Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.Track key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring the Managing Partner stays organized and on top of priorities.Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes, proactively suggesting and implementing changes to save time and increase efficiency.Operational SupportOversee and maintain the fund's knowledge base (e.g., Google Drive or Notion), ensuring documents are up to date and easily accessible.Support the onboarding of new portfolio companies by maintaining checklists and templates.Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to ensure operational processes are documented and streamlined.Take ownership of tracking action items and project progress for internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-through.LP and Portfolio SupportAssist with preparing and distributing LP communications, including newsletters, quarterly updates, and Annual General Meeting (AGM) materials.Coordinate logistics for fund events, including AGMs, portfolio dinners, and investor meetings.Act as a liaison between portfolio companies and the Managing Partner for scheduling and updates.Proactively suggest ways to enhance communication and touchpoints with LPs and portfolio companies.Administrative TasksManage expense reporting and reimbursements for the Managing Partner.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding or delegating as needed.Maintain a task management system to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Anticipate administrative needs and address issues before they arise.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in venture capital, private equity, technology, or a similarly fast-paced environment.Proven ability to support high-level executives and manage complex schedules independently.Must be based in LATAM countries.Skills:Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of multitasking effectively.High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Airtable, Notion, and CRMs like Attio or Salesforce.Experience with event planning and logistics coordination.Attributes:A self-starter who thrives in environments with minimal oversight and can figure out what needs to be done without constant direction.Proactive and resourceful—able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.Excited about supporting entrepreneurs and investing in technology that advances humanity and improves lives.Calm under pressure with a positive, "can-do" attitude.A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial setting.Time Zone: Eastern Time
