How you will contribute to our magical experience: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for: Manage and arrange day-to-day calendar management, scheduling, agendas, calls, and meetings.Manage daily calendar arrangements. Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and handle expense reports.Perform administrative support including preparation and writing of weekly/monthly reports, Purchase Orders, T&E control, and PowerPoint presentations.Manage the relationship with AMEX Global Travel.Maintain professionalism and exercise discretion when interfacing with direct reports and other areas.Plan, organize, and implement department events, meetings, and special projects.What we need from you to be part of this story: Required experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Outlook.Advanced level of English.Experienced in executing administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products, and services our consumers know and love.
