As an Events Coordinator at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, you are responsible for supporting the Events Manager in providing all guests with a unique service.

Primary Responsibilities IncludeManage all correspondence and phone calls with guests according to our high standards and procedures.Secure and book requested services and wedding options.Support the Events Manager with tasks related to the organization of events.Coordinate and manage the groups' room reservations and the setup of function spaces.Collaborate with the Events Manager to handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly, ensuring that all events within the hotel meet the hotel's quality standards.What You BringClear communication in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) that positively impacts your role, the business, and Belmond.Aware of, control, and express your emotions and handle interpersonal relationships.Positive influence, providing assistance and sharing information while showing respect.Demonstrate forward-thinking ability while anticipating the implications and consequences of new information.Fluency in Italian and English.What We Offer:At Hotel Caruso, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
