** This is a temporary position for 12 months starting from February 2025** What you'll do: You will be a vital member of our Group Communications team responsible for coordinating digital/print productions and execution of events.
This role demands meticulous planning, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure that all aspects of events and productions run smoothly from conception to completion.
You will report to the Senior Communications Manager and work closely with People Experience Managers, Brand Experience Manager and Creative Director to deliver high-quality media productions and successful experiences both internally and externally.
Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand production and event requirements, objectives, and preferences.
Develop comprehensive event and production plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events and production, including, agency/supplier/vendor correspondence, venue selection, tech/audiovisual setup, transportation etc.
Oversee event and production setup, ensuring that all elements are in place according to plan Manage on-site operations during events to address any issues promptly and ensure a flawless experience.
This also requires physical attendance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all event and production-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
Develop and manage budgets for events and productions, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising event or production quality.

You probably have the following experiences & skills: Proven experience in media production management, event planning, or a related role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in, or a desire to learn, production management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
