In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing exceptional women's retreats designed for personal growth and empowerment, in alignment with our mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in the travel industry, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will work across multiple countries to create unforgettable experiences for travelers, collaborating closely with the CEO to manage every aspect of the event lifecycle, from initial concept to flawless execution.

Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in event coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Background in tourism.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Will be a plus proficiency in Google Workspace, Trello, and ActiveCampaign.
