Who we are looking for:
The team is part of a Corporate program to execute and land global, regional and local communications in a compliant, standardized and effective manner. All this, leveraging global communication programs and sophisticated Modern Marketing engines. The team is comprised of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts on all marketing services/execution/operations and act as the right hand of the field marketers. They are consultants, trusted advisors, and experts on the services they land. Functions range across communications to different audiences (B2B, B2C) and disciplines (event, digital, social, analytics, budget and planning).
What you'll do: Project Management of a virtual events end to endUpload requests/tickets for events production on different platformsUpdate platforms, calendars and daily tracking filesReview of pieces and advertising materialsCoordination of dates and agendas of speakers and stakeholders for events, recordings, rehearsals and follow-up meetingsLead event follow-up meetingsEvent moderationPreparation and submission of pre and post-event reportsExcellent management of diverse projects running in parallel without compromising deliverablesProactivity in finding solutions to problems according to the limitations of the company and platforms What you'll need: Fluent in EnglishClient management experienceAbility to adapt and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentRelationship management skills, collaboration and conflict resolution skillsHighly motivated and a proven self-starterExcellent communication skills
