At Draxton Central Services Barcelona (Sant Vicenç Dels Horts), we are looking to hire an Environment Manager , who will report to the Europe Asia Talent Culture, CSR and Environment Director and will have a team under your management.
Your mission as Environment Manager : Lead the environmental protection strategy in Europe and Asia.
Develop corporate-level policies and procedures.
Define the monitoring and analysis of global environmental KPIs.
Establish the environmental baseline in the EA plants.
Lead internal audits and identify synergies between plants.
Coordinate the follow-up and management of new projects and installations for environmental assessment.
Supervise environmental activities with different areas: Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, etc.
Manage environmental grants.
Standardize and harmonize ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 50001:2018 Energy Efficiency standards.
Collaborate in external audits for clients and certifying bodies.
Analyze and manage client requirements: Platforms (Ecovadis, Supplier Assurance, CDP, etc.
), Questionnaires, Specific Requirements, etc.
Coordinate and prepare various Environmental Reports: EINF, Sustainability Report.
Develop and implement the ESG strategy: Lead the coordination and management of the Organizational Carbon Footprint (scope 1, 2, and 3) ISO 14064 and the Decarbonization Plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need : Education in Environmental Studies (Degrees in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or related Engineering fields).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the previously described functions.
Advanced English level (C1), which you will use in your daily work.
Key skills: organization, autonomy, decision-making ability, flexibility, and communication.
