Responsibilities include being in charge of helping, advising and getting PwC employees to complete their educational (CPE) and credentialing requirements (i.e. CPA) according to the US Firm and each State Board policy. This will require reviewing reports, doing research for CPE courses pending matters, and responding to inquiries from the US Firm employees. Additionally, the Regulatory Compliance team performs the review and daily monitoring of Forms AP (Auditor Reporting of Certain Audit Participants) before submitting them to the PCAOB. Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, Chat) and Microsoft Office;Skilled at written, verbal, and interpersonal communication;Fluency in English (written and spoken);Ability to work within a team structure, as well as independently during periods of reduced interaction;Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.Ability to build a general working knowledge of PwC compliance policies and processes;Driving continued improvements across our business process documentation ensuring they are comprehensive, up to date and are embedded in our day to day procedures;Capable of learning new technologies quickly and with minimal training;Ability to follow detailed and nuanced procedural guides;Comfort with raising questions when procedures are unclear;Developing and managing key metrics, reporting dashboards and management reporting to leadership;Be comfortable escalating issues, and reminding co-workers of outstanding matters;Ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes using leading technologies (e.g. Alteryx, UiPath, G-Suite, Workbench, Power BI, etc.).ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries from the US firm employees regarding educational and credentialing requirements. Apply knowledge about PwC compliance policies. Perform research on various platforms.Consult with specialized team members.Escalate specific scenarios.Update team´s operational tracker.Participate in the credential reviewing processes (CPA, AICPA, PTIN, EA).Review supporting documentation.Corroborate information and request additional information if needed.Escalate specific scenarios.Monitor Regulatory Compliance team's mailbox.Manage volumes.Escalate depending on urgency, the task and the information required. Perform weekly reports updating compliance status.Assist with other operational duties, requests, reporting as assigned.Todos los candidatos calificados serán considerados para trabajar en PwC sin importar etnia; credo; color; religión; nacionalidad; edad; discapacidad ; orientación sexual; identidad o expresión de género; predisposición genética o condición de portador; estado civil, o cualquier otra condición protegida por la ley.
