The US PwC Ethics & Compliance team is looking for a full-time resource to support the Business Integrity sub-Tower of the Records & Information Management team.
The intent is for the resource to show curiosity and to have the willingness and ability to learn about the firm's Records Management policy and processes.
Main Responsibilities :
Essentially, this resource will play a critical, primary role supporting the team with its compliance programs. The key responsibilities for this role are :
Assisting with the review and disposal of legacy data not included in annual retention reviews
Communicating with data and application owners via email and verbally, updating tables, disposing of data per stakeholder instructions and recording disposals
Assisting with preparation of data, communications and records retention consultations with record reviewers and data providers
Performing Legal Hold searches and analysis on data sets based on Legal Hold data
Assist in retention schedule development by participating and note-taking in stakeholder interviews,
sending periodic communications to data owners, updating or creating SharePoint libraries and lists
Other miscellaneous records and information management projects
General project management and task management
Formatting and consistency support for various documents and sites
Main requirements :
English : advanced, verbal and written communications skills
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and other MS tools
Basic knowledge of Power BI helpful to start, with ability to learn new features as necessary, i.e. understanding of visualization design principles
Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams with ability to learn new features as necessary
Experience working for abroad and / or compliance responsibilities is a plus
Willingness to learn about PwC Records Management and Risk Management processes,
including our main system functions and the annual review process
Actively listen and ask questions, contribute to discussions
Share and collaborate within our team
Judgment to ask for help and escalate when problems are perceived
Business acumen : Ability to understand how what we do fits into the larger picture within E and the firm
