our global leadership development framework.It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.As a Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients.Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work.Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology.Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving.Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.Communicate with empathy and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience.Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively.Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.The US PwC Ethics & Compliance team is looking for a full-time resource to support the Business Integrity sub-Tower of the Records & Information Management team.The intent is for the resource to show curiosity and to have the willingness and ability to learn about the firm's Records Management policy and processes.Main Responsibilities:Essentially, this resource will play a critical, primary role supporting the team with its compliance programs.The key responsibilities for this role are:Assisting with the review and disposal of legacy data not included in annual retention reviews Communicating with data and application owners via email and verbally, updating tables, disposing of data per stakeholder instructions and recording disposalsAssisting with preparation of data, communications and records retention consultations with record reviewers and data providersPerforming Legal Hold searches and analysis on data sets based on Legal Hold dataAssist in retention schedule development by participating and note-taking in stakeholder interviews, sending periodic communications to data owners, updating or creating SharePoint libraries and listsOther miscellaneous records and information management projectsGeneral project management and task managementFormatting and consistency support for various documents and sitesMain requirements:English: advanced, verbal and written communications skillsProficient in Excel, Power Point and other MS toolsBasic knowledge of Power BI helpful to start, with ability to learn new features as necessary, i.e.understanding of visualization design principlesBasic knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams with ability to learn new features as necessaryExperience working for abroad and/or compliance responsibilities is a plusWillingness to learn about PwC Records Management and Risk Management processes, including our main system functions and the annual review processActively listen and ask questions, contribute to discussionsShare and collaborate within our teamJudgment to ask for help and escalate when problems are perceivedBusiness acumen: Ability to understand how what we do fits into the larger picture within E&C and the firmUnderstand the necessity for quality as a risk management issueAbility to clean and integrate data from a variety of sourcesManipulate and analyze data and information under the direction of team leadersEngage productively in a virtual work environmentAbility to liaise with staff outside of E&C, including legal areasKeep leaders informed about progress and work outcomesExcellent reasoning and analytical abilityAttention to detailAbility to organizeCapable of designing new approaches which enhance quality and productivitySelf-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a teamEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor DegreeCertifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages EnglishTravel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End Date
