About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our ERP Team. As an ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant, you will be working closely with key business stakeholders and users to analyse their business processes, understand their needs, provide functional solutions, and contribute to their successful delivery as well as supporting business as usual operations.
Working collaboratively with developers and architects, you will help to develop the SAP ERP platform and its integration within our systems landscape. You will thrive on working in a fast paced and high frequency changing environment, in a role where you get to deliver innovative ERP solutions.
As an ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant, you will be part of the overall ERP Supply Chain Product Team that are tasked to design, deliver and maintain solutions within the sourcing, planning, production, maintenance and logistics process areas to meet the demands of the fast paced Formula 1 business.
As our ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Partner with the business to understand their needs and map them ideally to Best Practice SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
Provide leadership in all phases of the Supply Chain projects lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate effectively with architects, product managers and colleagues of the ERP Team, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared and approved to ensure knowledge is shared, retained and leveraged.
Document configuration rationale and execute configuration for the appropriate SAP Supply Chain related modules.
Perform Change Impact Assessments to ensure the appropriate action plans for data migration, testing and training are created and executed during projects.
Perform Functional Unit Testing, Integration testing and support acceptance testing as part of the continuous change/project lifecycle.
Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation for users and support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation, providing timely and effective solutions.
Stay current with SAP advancements and updates, ensuring the organisation is leveraging the latest features and functionalities.
To be successful you will have:Extensive experience of all SAP Supply Chain related modules and the broader SAP ecosystem.

Candidate Profile:Essential:
Considerable proven Supply Chain solution experience.
Significant proven experience in a SAP Supply Chain Functional Consultant position.
Deep functional knowledge of at least 2 of the following modules SAP PP/MM/QM/PM as well as understanding the integration points with FICO and SD.
Experienced in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA ideally with exposure to on-prem and cloud solutions.
Extensive knowledge of SAP Best Practices.
Good knowledge of the latest development methodologies.
Desirable:
Experience of Agile, Activate and Product methodologies.
Experience of working within an Agile product based team.
Experience of other non SAP ERP's.
Automotive or R&D Industry Solution Experience.
