Environmental Health And Safety (Ehs) Manager Springfield

You have a Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field required. Equivalent combination of education/ related certifications and experience (minimum 7 years of EHS experience) will be considered in lieu of completed bachelor's degree.

You have demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

You have demonstrated exceptional leadership, influencing, and mentorship skills.

You have demonstrated effective management and delegation skills.

You have demonstrated ability to serve as a change agent to drive process improvements and cultural change.

You have demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to a fluid environment, adjusting work schedule to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You have demonstrated ability to assess and implement EHS best practices.

You have demonstrated excellent organization, recordkeeping, and documentation skills.

You have demonstrated interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships.

You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and various other software systems.

You have demonstrated ability to identify problems, draw conclusions, and make recommended solutions.
