Entry Level Customer Support In Malta For German Speaker

Hybrid for native / fluent German Speakers  Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support in German through email, phone, and live chat.
Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and general issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Keep records of customer interactions and track issues, feedback, and inquiries.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications: Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required (full training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
