Identify and explore new AI-driven business opportunities and market trends.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster creativity and innovation in AI applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations and ensure the agency runs efficiently.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements: Proven experience as an entrepreneur or in a similar leadership role, with a focus on AI.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, business development, strategic planning, and financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively with AI.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; MBA preferred.
