Your Role and Responsibilities
As an OTC Analyst, you will be responsible for:Ensure the accuracy and validity of information on invoices.Ensure that payments are made in accordance with agreed-upon terms.Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts payable.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding inquiries and payment issues. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Previous experience in OTC roles or supporting in collection transactions.Data entry in OTC - SAP - 1/2 years experience*Hybrid work, 50% to 75% from offices in North zone (Martinez)
