About the RoleWe are currently looking for an Enterprise Network IT Trainer to develop & deliver quality training courses at global/regional partner offices, and represent the brand in public-facing training/marketing events.
ResponsibilitiesLead Training Sessions: Conduct remote web sales training and travel to regional partner locations to lead training events.Trainer Onboarding: Remotely interview, onboard, and audit trainers conducting certification courses abroad.Event Coordination: Organize training and marketing events through partner outreach and social media coordination.AI-Drive Content Curation: Assist with content creation by leveraging GPT tools.Content Translation Coordination: Coordinate translation of training content with trainers across global regions.Database Management: Manage and consolidate databases for our global IT training program.Desired Skills & ExperienceIT Background: CCNA/CCNP/CWNA holder & relevant training experience.
