Agile Coach – Enterprise Agile Transformation Summary: The Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) is responsible for the strategic alignment of the portfolio, ensuring that it delivers the highest value to the organization. The LPM works with the product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and track progress. Additionally, as an enterprise coach, the candidate should be responsible for value stream mapping, launching Agile Release trains, coaching business and IT roles, and setting the pace for leadership transformation.
Responsibilities: Define the portfolio vision and strategyPrioritize initiatives and track progressWork with product managers to define and launch new products and featuresEnsure that the portfolio delivers the highest value to the organizationManage the portfolio risk and communicate the portfolio status to stakeholdersEnterprise Agile transformation expertise and experienceVery good expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFeCoach agile teams by assessing current agility maturity and support them in continuous improvementPartner with the global LACE team for enterprise transformation initiativesExpert knowledge on ART launch ceremonies, value stream mapping, and value stream analysisLeadership coaching skillsCoach RTEs, scrum masters, and product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of workingExperience setting up CoPs for Agile rolesAbility to create agile maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teamsQualifications: Overall experience of 15+ years with over 7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related field.
