Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring our team of developers, QA, and DevOps. You will also work collaboratively with the entire leadership team to align Sales and Ops strategies with resources and technology deployment, ensuring best practices and information security.
What challenges await you?Work alongside the leadership team ensuring that technology goals meet the short, medium, and long-term needs of the company.Define and lead the implementation of a scalable, robust, and high-performing technical architecture for both frontend and backend systems.Ensure architectural alignment across teams and that solutions are designed for longevity, reusability, and best-in-class performance.Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of frontend, backend, and full-stack developers.Own and refine the entire software development lifecycle—from estimation, design, and coding to testing and delivery.Ensure high levels of predictability and delivery by improving planning accuracy and reducing deviations between committed and completed work.Provide hands-on technical leadership in both frontend and backend development, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed.Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure the team adheres to best practices in system design and coding.Serve as a point of contact for resolving complex technical challenges and provide guidance on implementation strategies.Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the technology stack and development processes.Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the adoption of new techniques and frameworks to keep the team at the cutting edge.Build a secure technology system following best practices in information security (ISO 27.001, NIST, GDPR, SOC).
