What you will do at Topsort: Lead the development and maintenance of core platform components, including the Auction Engine, Information Retrieval, and APIs. Manage a team of backend engineers working with Go, Python, and Rust. Drive technical strategy and innovation for the platform. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems. Deep expertise in Go, Python, and Rust. Proven leadership and project management skills. Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Preferred experience: Experience in auction or ad tech platforms. Strong understanding of API development and microservices architecture. Expected salary: Location: Buenos Aires – Santiago, Región Metropolitana
