About the role

In this role, you will lead and mentor a technical team of developers and testing experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions aligned with business objectives. You'll oversee project development, collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, product management, and QA teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and security. Additionally, you'll manage resources, timelines, and budgets while driving technical strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Main responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development and maintenance of digital projects in our ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, product management, and QA to ensure cohesive project delivery.
3. Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security within the team.
4. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Manage timelines, resources,
and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
6. Drive technical strategy and decision-making, ensuring the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, leading remote global teams across time zones.
3. Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS and modern web technologies.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven experience to manage and mentor a team of developers, building highly skilled product teams and operating as a change agent.
6. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
8.
Experience with MACH Architecture.
9. Strong sense of urgency in delivering results and high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
