Position Overview: Join a dynamic team responsible for managing transmission line design projects for renewable energy infrastructure.
This key role oversees critical transmission projects from conception through commissioning, working with top engineering consultants and stakeholders across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Lead transmission line design management for wind, solar, and battery storage projects Coordinate with engineering consultants to ensure project success Develop technical specifications and manage project deliverables Oversee route development and secure necessary permits Support competitive proposals and cost estimating activities Interface with multiple stakeholder groups and present to management Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering 7+ years of direct experience in HV transmission line projects Strong technical knowledge of transmission design principles Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications Willingness to travel within North America Preferred Qualifications: PMP and/or P.E.
