Main responsibilities: * Works with IT infrastructure and operations team in the development and deploy end-user computing solutions, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.
* Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure proper implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, security and cloud services.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.
* Translate UX requirements into effective designs that focus on usability and user satisfaction.
* Advocate for user experience best practices within the organization Key Qualifications and Experiences: * 5+ years experience in UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.
* Proven experience with back-end technologies and understanding of full-stack development.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence: Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with diverse teams, including business stakeholders and internal teams, to drive business transformation and exceptional customer experience.
* Communication and Story Telling: Flair for good story telling to help teams design success stories that can be shared and drive adoption and scaling across the enterprise of CTO products & services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex user experience challenges.
