Employee Relations Advisor - FTC We are looking for an experienced ER Advisor to join our ER Lead within the M&C Saatchi Group on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE The main focus of this role will be to provide support to our ER Lead.
We are looking for an ER Advisor on a 6 month FTC.
The role will suit someone with a number of years' experience in an ER function and a strong understanding of employment law.
Hybrid remote - this role is fully remote, however with 2 days a month required in our Soho office to be alligned with our ER Lead.
Responsibilities: Employee Relations Support Management and co-ordination of the ER project plan/task list throughout consultation Senior stakeholder management Case management Responsible for room bookings, schedule planning and diary invites for all announcements and consultation meetings PowerPoint creation for comms decks and consultation and execute on variations of decks for different audiences.
Taking consulting managers through them where additional resource required.
Working knowledge of the consultation process and general 'how to' guidance for consulting managers who are unsure/unclear on processes Preparing at risk, consultation invite and outcome letters including making any regional variations in letters and getting regional HR input to do so Attending consultations as a note-taker for consultation meetings to support consultation managers where required and in collective consultation if required Collation and coordination of responses to questions raised in consultation and collective consultation note taking if required Ownership and updating of the internal plan spreadsheets.
Providing support to our ER Lead on BAU case management and advisory e.g.
probation and performance Note taking – in formal ER meetings ABOUT YOU You'll have a ER Advisor expertise with hands on experience across ER administration with a working knowledge of case management and employment law.
