The position
The incumbent will be a member of the Employee Central (Tier 2) and HR Direct (Tier 1). Employee Central is responsible for handling employee inquiries (first level support, initially Success Factors) and all processes for total rewards, VPR, leave of absence, separation, and benefits, as well as all types of contractual and reorganizational changes throughout the "Employee Lifecycle".

In close collaboration with HR BP and Managers, Employee Central will serve about 5,000 employees across 9 countries in 3 different languages, across several time zones and multiple company sites, for 15 legal entities. Until the finalization of the transition project, the incumbent will support the integration of the roll-in countries and provide Employee Central processes and services effectively and in compliance with HR customers.


Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support through email and phone. Perform employment change actions in the ERP system. Process employment procedures (New Hires, Promotions, Structure Changes, Terminations) according to SLA. Create and update operational templates and supportive documentation. Identify potential Tier 2/Tier 3 Knowledge Base Article topics. Create and update knowledge base articles. Document operational processes. Interact and collaborate with global groups. Participate in cross-tower initiatives (value-adding projects). Act as a buddy for entry-level employees. Ensure compliance with: Legal local and regional regulations, especially in a shared service environment regarding labor and employment law, tax, and data protection. Internal risk and control processes. Corporate HR procedures, policies, and processes.
Requirements
Advanced Student / Bachelor Degree in HR or Administration. 2-4 years of experience working in a service center/shared service environment. 2-4 years of experience handling ERP systems and interacting with local stakeholders. 2-4 years of experience working in a tier model environment. Strong language and communication skills. Technology requirements (advanced Office skills and specific SSC technology knowledge). Advanced English proficiency.
