Email Marketing Assistant

Email Marketing Assistant. Must be available during 11am -7pm CST. Responsibilities Build and implement email marketing campaigns across various ESPs (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Develop and optimize automated email workflows to engage, nurture, and convert leads Segment and manage subscriber lists to ensure highly relevant and personalized messaging Collaborate with the strategists, design, and implementation teams. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve metrics Requirements 1+ years of experience in email marketing with hands-on experience in Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar ESPs Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and automation Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and turning insights into action Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently to manage multiple projects at once Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SMS marketing and other omnichannel customer engagement tools Familiarity with eCommerce marketing and understanding of customer lifecycle management Technical background
