Responsibilities: Make phone calls to potential clients in the United States to offer high-quality used vehicles. Identify and generate sales opportunities through prospecting techniques and lead qualification. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our vehicles and promotions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Work closely with the Miami sales team to ensure effective follow-up and sales closure. Meet monthly sales targets and other performance indicators. Requirements: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in the automotive sector). Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and close sales. Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
