Propósito Es responsable de informar, vender y generar la reserva cumpliendo las políticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atención para los clientes del grupo o individuales.
Principales funciones & responsabilidades Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o información de manera puntual y profesional.
Conocer todas las características de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel.
Enviar cotizaciones y confirmaciones en función de los estándares de Wyndham
Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifaría
Mantener e informar las diferentes promociones
Tomar todos los datos e información necesaria para todas las reservas según las políticas y procedimientos del Grupo
Cumplir con los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda
