This pivotal role demands a fusion of creativity, strategic acumen, and leadership to elevate the success of our advertising endeavors.Key Responsibilities:Concept Development:Formulate compelling concepts for both video and static ads that captivate audiences and drive conversions.Scriptwriting:Craft engaging scripts tailored for User Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring authenticity and impact.Storyboarding:Develop detailed storyboards to guide UGC creators in producing top-notch content that resonates with our target audience.Trend Analysis:Analyze viral videos to discern key elements contributing to their success, and apply these insights to enhance our creatives' effectiveness.Competitor Analysis:Study winning ads from competitors and integrate successful elements into our advertising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Creator Management:Recruit and manage suitable creators for specific scripts or products, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.Collaboration:Collaborate closely with designers to direct the creation of static ads that align seamlessly with our brand and marketing objectives.Project Management:- Oversee the entire creative process from concept inception to execution, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.Requirements:- Strong grasp of copywriting and its influence on marketing.- Proficient in various social media platforms and their respective content types.- Deep understanding of virality and the factors that contribute to compelling video content.- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.- Discerning eye for selecting the right creators for diverse campaigns.- Exceptional communication skills for seamless coordination with creators, designers, and other team members.- Ability to adapt swiftly to evolving trends and work adeptly under pressure.- Previous experience in e-commerce or related fields is advantageous.Schedule:Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
